Former press secretary to president Museveni Tamale Mirundi Joseph Snr survided an accident yesterday evening.

Joseph Tamale Mirundi Jr told Whisper Eye news that, Mr Mirundi Snr at about 8pm last night at Zaana round-about, was involved in a car accident in with unknown vehicle yet to be identified intentionally knocked his vehicle causing total damage to his car.

However Mr Tamale Mirundi survived with minor injuries.

According to his son, Mr Mirundi is safe and alive.

“I reliably inform the public that all his works and media programs shall continue as usual,’ says Mr Joseph Tamale Jr.

“I further want to appreciate each and everyone who responded after getting such news, through phone calls and those who reached at the screen, I also thank the security team for their bravely in such times, he said.”

Veteran Journalist Tamale Mirundi’s family, informed is that they are in touch with security agencies to establish the intentions of the tormentors and public will be informed about all the proceedings.

Mr Tamale Mirundi was banned from NBS program ‘One on One with Tamale Mirundi’ after the media house was sued by the said victims of the program.

Mr Mirundi has publicly complained about top government officials who are fighting him, arguing that he (Tamale Mirundi) exposes their corruption deeds to the public.
