Democratic Party (DP) leader Mugonza Andrew, popularly known as ‘Senator’ is set to unseat President Museveni’s minister hajji Haruna Kyeyune Kasolo scientifically.
We are reliable informed that Minister Kasolo has tasked his body guards (sharp shooters) helped by police not to allow the vibrant political activist Mugonza Andrew.
Minister Kasolo is serving his second term as the area MP for Kyotera County.
According to political leaders in the area, it is very difficult for MP Kasolo to win a third term depending on the political history of Kyotera constituency.
Hajji Kasolo has become unpopular among the youth who are up for change in the whole country.
Residents accuses him for failure to echo their issues in the parliament and passing unpopular laws against their decision.

Mr Mugonza is a political activist who serves as the National deputy organising secretary for the Uganda Young Democrats (UYD), he is the youth leader for greater Rakai district.
Although, Mr Mugonza opposes the Scientific elections recommended by the Electoral Commission (EC), voters in Kyotera County are confident that Minister Kasolo is set to be defeated scientifically.
When Whisper Eye interviewed Mr Mugonza, said that they are going to oppose the scientific elections.
“It is not prudent for any body in a government office to abrogate our constitution. The said scientific election has no space in the 1995 constitution of Uganda,’ says Mr Mugonza.
However Hajji Kasolo’s strength lies in his financial muscle, who has a lot of money earned from government and also the Presidential initiative on wealth and Job (EMYOOGA) program as the state minister for micro finance.
Other candidates in the race are Kalisizo Businessman Mr Mpalanyi John Paul who is backed by aggrieved members of the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) and a few DP members.
Mr Mpalanyi has recommendable finances by he lacks political experience, thus creates no threat to the incumbent.

He has traversed the whole constituency for now about two-and-half years, but he has failed to break through.
Despite having much money to facilitate his political activities, he creates no signals to Museveni’s Minister.
He was expected to created impact due to his links, to the Rwandese but this has failed.
Last weak a proud Rwandese popular in Kalisizo rural and Kalisizo town council Mr Kagame Joseph defected to Mr Mpalanyi’s camp, leaving him helpless.
Mr Kirumira is financed by Mukono mayor Businessman Fred Kagimu who is also contesting for area MP seat with DP vice president Hon Betty Nambooze Bakireke come 2021.
And his elder brother Mwazi who defected from DP in 2001 and joined the ruling NRM after, he was awarded a juicy job at Rakai district.
