Kira Municipality MP, Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda has been arrested for the second time in a week.
The MP was holding an FDC political event in his constituency that inadvertently gathered a crowd prompting the police to arrest him for the second time less than a week!
According to Kaija he is being held at Kireka SIU for going against covid-19 guidelines .
