Former press secretary to president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Joseph Tamale Mirundi quits NBS TV and Top radio.

According to Mirundi’s son Tamale Mirundi Joseph Junior, told Whisper Eye that his farther Tamale Mirundi will no long be hosted on NBS popular Tuesday morning talk show, ‘One on One with Tamale Mirundi’ with Uganda Journalist Associated (UJA) president Hajji Kazibwe Mbaziira Bashir.

And top radio talk show, effective from June 14, 2020.

‘We regret to inform you that Tamale Mirundi Joseph Sr will no longer be hosted on Nbs Tv and Top radio because of unprecedented circumstances,’ says Mr Tamale Mirundi Joseph Junior.

“Though ‘One on One with Tamale Mirundi show’ will be hosted online on different social media platforms. Other Tv & Radio shows will continue to broadcast normally.

We thank the management of both media houses for the tremendous years but it was about time, he added.”

Yesterday rumours circulated that the said Mafias in government had defeated Mr Tamale Mirundi, as his TV and radio talk shows were suspended.
