Museveni bites again, KCCA acting ED eng Kitaaka fired. Whisper Eye Reports.

Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) acting Director Eng Andrew Kitaka Nsubuga has been fired from the authority with immediate effect.

Sources intimate to Whisper Eye told us that, Eng Kitaka, his Deputy Samuel Sserunkuuma and three other top KCCA officials have been fired.

The source further told us that, the Ministry of Public Service on Saturday wrote to relevant authorities including the Minister of Kampala Betty Amongi to inform them on the action taken against the five senior officials.

“It is a serious havoc at the authority (KCCA). Five people fired including the acting Executive Director and his deputy,’ says the source.

Earlier this year President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni stated a campaign to organise the house.

On hero’s day June, 2020, president Museveni, in his speech, referred to non performing government agents as parasites.

He vowed to deal with them withdrawn fear and favor.

Eng Andrew Kitakais is a Ugandan civil engineer and public administrator.

He has been serving as the Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA), in acting capacity effectively since 18 December 2018.

Eng Kitaka was the Director of Engineering and Technical Services at Kampala Capital City Authority, since the formation of KCCA in 2011.
