Democratic Party (DP) members has to wait more as court adjourned the cryptic case over National Executive Committee (NEC) positions. Whisper Eye Reports.

Early this year a clique of DP leaders called National Council which filled vacant posts in the NEC.

Busiro South MP Medard Ssegona was elected new secretary general, Matia Lwanga Bwanika elected new National chairman, Katuramu Patrick made the new Deputy Treasure, and Masaka district Woman MP Hon Mary Babirye Kabanda elevated from Deputy Treasure post to take full control.

‘The court application of Democratic Party vs Rajab Senkubuge and Democratic Party Uganda under Misc. Cause 167/2020 that was brought before the High Court (civil division) which was due for judgement today Friday,5th June, 2020 has been adjourned to next week,’ says DP Party official.

Party members are looking at the High Court to make the historical judgement that will determine the future of Uganda’s oldest political Party.
