Uganda’s Kizito Luwagga scores on return from injury in Isreal

William Kizito Luwagga was on target for Hapoel Kfar Saba in their 2-1 defeat to Hapoel Haifa in a friendly game played on Friday at Lavita Stadium in Kfar Saba, Israel.

Luwagga was on a return from injury, scored the first goal of the game in the 20th minute.

The Uganda Cranes offensive midfielder joined the Israeli club on 9th January, 2020 and played four games with his debut coming against Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv on January 20th.

He made three stats against Hapoel Tel Aviv, Hapoel Haifa and Beitar Jerusalem before missing the subsequent four league fixtures due to injury.

The Israeli Premier League will return from the pandemic break since March with championship and relegation playoffs.

Hapoel Kfar Saba will open their playoffs campaign with a duel against Bnei Yehuda on Monday 1st June, 2020.
