Australian based cardiologist Dr Aggrey Kiyingi has assured Ugandans his commitment to ensure that Uganda changes its top leadership.

Dr Kiyingi while addressing the nation on Radio Munansi (www.radiomunansi.com) said that he can not be compromised by president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and promised Ugandans that, he is working on strategies to defeat Mr Museveni.

‘No amount of money can compromise me from President Museveni. I have enough money for my family,’ says Dr Kiyingi.

‘I can not sell my soul to Museveni, even if I want money,’ he adds’

” We shall continue with this struggle until we win, Dr Kiyingi states.”

Many people were worried about Dr Kiyingi’s silence for a while.

In his response the Cardiologist said that there is a need for proper planning and assessment of a big War.

”The reason why I have been quite for some time, it was a tactical retreat. You retreat to organise your self with new tactics not known to your enemy,’ Dr Kiyingi explained.”

In his address Dr Kiyingi asked the government to compensate all families that have lost their dear ones, killed by security operatives in the process of implementing the presidential directives towards the prevention of Covid-19 in the country.

He accused the government for the failure of providing enough equipments to front line medical workers in this trying moment.

Dr Kiyingi also laughed at Uganda government for failing to provide face masks to citizens and resort to torture and harassing innocent people.

However the government of Uganda came out with a directive that they will issue free masks to Ugandans numbering to 45 million .

The chairman of Uganda Federal Democratic Organisation (UFDO), Dr Kiyingi offered him self to lead all forces of change to unite against president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
