Covid-19: Uganda cases rise to 126 as 4 ‘Truck Drivers’ test positive

Uganda on Monday reports 4 new corona-virus case, taking the country’s total to 126 confirmed infection. Whisper Eye Reports.

Ministry of health statements on Tuesday confirmed 4 new covid case include two new Ugandan truck drivers , Kenyan and a Tanzanian.

Both Ugandans and Kenyan arrived from Juba via Elegu, the statements says.

Another is a tanzania national who arrived from Mutukula border.

According to the daily report from the Ministry of Health all total samples tested was 1488 including 233 community samples which tested negative for COVID-19.

Now the total Covid -19 confirmed cases are 126 across the country.

Malaba, Busia and Mutukula border points turns out to be the most risky areas as far as Covid-19 is concerned.
