Truck Drives? 2 more covid-19 cases confirmed in Uganda

Covid-19 cases are now 116 in Uganda as scare increases for Truck Drivers Whisper Eye Reports.

Ugandans are faced with a president Museveni directive as tough lock down measure continue to bite hard as a fight to Covid-19 is still on .

Yesterday 8th May, 2020, new 13 Covid-19 cases were confirmed.

‘The two new COVID-19 case confirmed from 1913 samples of truck drivers,’ says Health Minister Jane Ruth Aceng.

These two new cases, one arrived from Kenya via Malaba; and another arrived from Mirmba Hills points and Ugandan.

According to the daily report, all community samples tested negative for COVID-19.

Now total COVID-19 confirmed cases are 116 across the country.

Malaba, Busia and Mutukula border points turns to be the most risky areas as far as Covid-19 is concerned.
