Uganda Peoples Defence soldier has this morning killed Minister of State for Labour, Employment and Industrial Relations Rt Col Charles Engola Okello in Kyanja a Kampala suburb today. #WhisperEyeNews
According to an eyewitness, a UPDF soldier who looked unwell shot dead his boss Rt Col Charles Engola Okello before firing in the Air.
He also committed suicide immediately at a nearby house after killing the honorable Minister also a former military man.
By press time hundreds of military men had condoned the area as a crime scene.
