Survey: Sewayana Allan 50%, Farouq 40% in Makindye West seat
Makindye West MP Allan Ssewanya “Omusajja wa Bwino” is set to retain his seat according to opinion polls conducted in the constituency.
Opinion polls shows that hon Ssewanyana is leading the race with 50% followed by haji Faruq Ntege with 40%.
Residents say that they will vote Hon Ssewanyana because he is the National Unity Platform (NUP) Candidate in the race.
Followed by distant third Democratic Party (DP) flag bearer Lusagala Bosco and others with 10%.
However, the Makindye West race is one of the most complicated MP race in Kampala.
