The road was upgraded from gravel to paved bituminous standard.
These are critical link roads in Districts of; Luuka, Bugiri,Namutumba, Iganga, Bugiri, Kibuku, Budaka, Busia, Kaliro and Namayingo , said President Museveni.
I also noticed that the locals are not heeding our message of social distancing and avoiding gatherings without necessary SOPs. He added.
He said this was the reason enough for him not to stop and address his people because it is dangerous for them and himself at this critical time.
I call upon you to avoid gathering without SOPs, COVID-19 is real and kills. president Museveni emphasized.
