Lawyer Male Mabirizi told Whisper Eye that he has got more evidence from Kyadondo East MP Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu also popularly known as Bobi Wine.
Yesteday Mr Wine posted his first Passport which indicates that he was born on the 12th day of February 1982 contrary to UNEB original copies of academic papers for MP Kyagulanyi which shows 12th February 1980.
Mabirizi has instituted criminal proceedings (private prosecution) against Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu over giving false information to Parliament that he was born in 1982 instead of 1980 and obtaining registration by false pretence.
According to Male Mabirizi. “Kyagulanyi deserves JAIL when he insists that he was born in 1982 and not 1980. This is his own signed S.6 UNEB Registration form of 1998 stating that he was then 18 years hence born in 1980…he will be convicted……..”, says Lawyer Male Mabirizi.
