Today High court Kampala has dismissed Kizza Besigye’s bail application.

Kizza Besigye and his colleague Samuel Walter Mukaku bail application has been dismiised.

The high court judge cited possible sabotage of court hierarchy when dismissing the bail application.

Justice Tadeo Asiimwe directed Kizza Besigye and Samuel Walter Mukaku to resubmit his bail application to the magistrate court for redress.

Kizza Besigye was arrested two weeks ago while protesting against increasing commodity high prices in Kamapla.

His Eng wife Winnie Byanyima the Executive Director of UNAIDS, Hon. Ssemujju Nganda Ibrahim, Deputy Lord Mayor Nyanjura Doreen, Lawyer Sabuka Dorren a former Lord Councilor, Hon. Francis Mwijukye & other many leaders were in attendance at the High Court.
