Exclusive : UCC asks google to ban & delete Tamale Mirundi famous youtube channel TMO on-line tv. Whisper Eye Reports

Whisper Eye has learnt that Uganda Communication Commission (UCC) has asked Google to delete former President Museveni press secretary Joseph Tamale Mirundi’s on-line TV venture.

After the recent riots that claimed life of about 100 people, UCC has embarked on a serious plan to petition Google to delete platforms linked to the fueling of those riots.

Among the platforms UCC lists is Mr Tamale Josepeh Mirundi’s TMO on-line TV.

Tamale Mirundi who is also a presidential advisor to President Yoweri Kaguta Tubuhaburwa Museveni has been controversial ever since he was sacked as the press secretary to president Museveni.

A couple of months ago Mr Mirundi’s program on NBS TV “One On One with Tamale Mirundi” was banned which made him to start his one program on social media, before joining SK Mbuga’s STV.

Although Mirundi was given a program on STV he did not end his social media platform “TMO on-line TV” which UCC hunts to ban.

Whisper Eye efforts to get a word from Tamale Mirundi was futile however we have dispatched our team to that effect.

Whisper Eye will keep you updated on this developing story.
