A group has come out to claim responsibility of pulling down Map Mediya facebook pages few minutes ago.
A group in a press release on the same pages claim the move was intended to protect the image of Uganda the pearl of Africa.
The group says the pages are dented with bad image from Uganda to the world.
The long statement from the group Gwe Gala goes ahead to say that UCC shouldnt waste time asking Google to put down these pages but consider them .
The group also claim to be securing the future a phrase used by NRM presidential candidate YK Museveni.
This happened moments after hacking into and taking over Facebook pages named Map Mediya and Ghetto Media all pro – Bobi Wine.
