Faded singer Ronald Mayinja has dropped his organisation Peace for All, All for Peace formed with allegedly money from president Museveni and joined National Unity Platform (NUP) headed by Kyadondo East legislator Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu.

Singer Mayinja last year dropped People Power, Our Power Movement and formed his organisation.

Sources reported that President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni injected about 500M in his organisation, intended to lure youths denounce People Power Movement.

After the controversial amendment of Article 102(b) which gave president Museveni green lights to rule for life.

The amendment was highly opposed with the famous ‘Togikwatako’ singer Ronald Mayinja who went to Kibonga and performed on the function which NRM organised after winning opposition.

The public roasted Mr Mayinja and was criticised by many Social media bloggers.

Today Mr Kyagulanyi has welcomed Mr Mayinja officially in NUP and has been given a party card.

The singer had declared to contest for Gomba East MP last year. However currently Mr Ssazzi Godfrey who is a royal member of NUP is more popular than any candidate in the constituency including the incumbent Hon Emmanuel Kalule Ssengo
