Whisper Eye has learnt that 6 new cases are Truck drivers who arrived via Elegu and via Malaba as 13 cases are contacts and alerts from Amuru , Kyotera , Tororo , Gulu and Waksio.
The country health ministry, in its daily update this morning of tuesday confirmed these new rising covid-19 cases.
All contact positive cases are under Quarantine, the ministry confirmed.
