SPA/PA Ruth Katushabe, Gov.Kitatta commend Lwengo Residents for conforming to President Museveni Social Econ Transformation

The Senior Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs and Translation Hon Ruth Katushabe has today spent the bigger part of the day in Lwengo District where she was Chief Guest at the grand opening of Emanuel Healing Church located at Kamazzi-Kakoma ward Katovu Town Council in Lwengo.

Also Present at the event was the Lwengo District LCV Chairperson Governor Ibrahim Kitatta who came to be part of the historical event of the Grand opening of the Church that will transform the lives of people both spiritually and socially.

The Church which is run by Prophet Lumala Pregrino was founded on the Born Again foundation to preach the word of God to people as well as spiritually cleanse the people from sin.

In her speech to the thousands of followers who gathered at the event, Hon Katushabe thanked Prophet Lumala Pregrino for such a wonderful initiative saying that such a magnificent Church built in Lwengo is a clear land mark of his great efforts and hard work because many men of God even in Kampala have failed to build such churches.

Hon Katushabe used the opportunity to thank the people of Lwengo for loving President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and the NRM adding that the love and welcome she has been shown in Lwengo is a good sign of how the residents have appreciated the good that President Museveni has done for them and the country at large.

Hon Katushabe also reminded the people that without the peace and security that is prevailing courtesy of President Museveni, initiatives like building churches would not exist because they cannot be done in a war zone.

Hon Katushabe equally thanked Prophet Lumala Pregrino for walking and following President Museveni’s message of social economic transformation. She was impressed by the fact that the Prophet being is examplally and teaching his followers how to carry out agriculture, how to engage in a number of productive ventures that can get them out of poverty, being smart and clean among others.

Hon Katushabe urged Prophet Lumala Pregrino to continue orienting his followers to be patriotic, get involved in the different government poverty eradication programs like Emyooga PDM so as join the money economy inorder to escape poverty as well as not forgetting the President’s message of Social Economic Transformation.

At the same event, Hon Katushabe also thanked the Lwengo District LCV Chairperson Governor Ibrahim Kitatta for being a hardworking young man who cares about the well being of the people of Lwengo he leads. She asked the people to support him because he is a good man with a good history and staunch supporter of the NRM.

Hon Katushabe made a contribution of 50 bags of cement to help in the completion of the Church construction vowing even to add more by the Grace of Lord.

Governor Kitatta in his speech thanked the Chief Guest Hon Katushabe for sparing time to drive all the way from Kampala to come and be part of the historical moment of the church grand opening.

He said that such moments are part of the bigger picture of how the leaders in NRM are committed to serve the people they lead.

Governor Kitatta equally thanked the gathering and other residents of Lwengo for loving President Museveni adding that since he is on ground and interacts with them on almost a daily basis, he is sure of the love they have for the President promising a land slide victory for Mzee come 2026.

Governor Kitatta has thus advised the people of Lwengo not to be misled by some treasure hunting politicians who speak ill about President Museveni yet they cannot do even a crystal of what he has done for the country.

The event also attracted a number of other Guests including the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Lwengo District, Mr. Nathan Lujumwa, among others.
