Tough time ahead as Paidha United SC face Nyahama FC

After dropping points to  Arua City FC, Pakwach Young Stars, Kuluva Rainbow FC and Nebbi Central FC in their recent westnile regional league matches, The Nebbi District-based side  Nyahama SC is eyeing an opportunity to salvage some points as they take on Paidha United Sc away from home on Sunday.

The past four losses point out to Nyahama FC’s poor run since the beginning of the season but got rejuvenated when they pulled out a great showdown against Arua-based Alpha rising stars nine days ago,  securing three crucial points for the first time in front of their home fans at Nyaravur-Angal Town Council.

One Would argue that Nyahama SC, being a new entrant in the tense regional league is still getting acclimatized to the league.

The new entrant Nyahama FC is visiting Paidha United SC at King Stadium Cana in Paidha Town Council on Sunday afternoon.

Their visit to Zombo District for the first time since the beginning of the season is going to be a game to watch since it’s a greater Nebbi Derby, which is hardly decided with many saying derbies are full of surprises.

Meanwhile, Abraham Nega’s side Paidha United SC is coming full swing into the game to pick up three solid Points from Nyahama FC  after pulling a 1-1 with Arua City FC at  Ababet Greenlight Stadium Arua last Saturday

Paidha United SC sit  4th on the log with 10 points from 6 games 2 points behind  Arua City FC 3  points behind second-placed Pakwach Young Stars FC, and 8 adrift Paidha Black Angels FC on top of the Nyagak Zone.

Boost

The Abraham Nega’s  Paidha United SC side have been boosted with the news about the return of their midfield maestro

Ocen Emmanuel commonly known as Nuel, and workholic Midfielder Atyeronimungu Deogratious both returning from injuries. Another big news is the return of last season’s Top Scorer Tekakwo James alias ‘Majes’, who missed 4 Paidha United opening matches due to school engagement and  Mbape getting back in his normal position.

Nyahama SC is in the red zone with just one win and 1 draw from 6 games to tally 4 points.

Paidha United SC has not lost any of their league matches at home since the beginning of the season having won against Alpha Rising Stars,  Zeu Central FC and Pakwach Young Stars.

Picking wins away from home remains a big hurdle for most westnile regional league clubs.
