2021 Race: Museveni orders Dr Ruth Acheng competitor Linda Auma to step down . Whisper Eye Reports


Uganda’s race for 2021 takes another twist as Lira Woman district NRM primaries see one told to step down for Dr Ruth Acheng.

Linda Auma, an aspirant for Lira District’s woman MP seat has reportedly been told to step down and continue with her RDC job.

Auma who faces Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng Ocero in the NRM primaries, has reportedly been ordered by the party’s chairman to step down and continue as the Amuru District RDC.


Jacob Ocen, one of the lead persons in her campaign team has however told the public to disregard such information and only wait for an announcement from them incase of any withdrawal from the race.

He noted that as it stands, Auma is still in the race.
