Kyadondo East MP Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu also known as Bobi Wine National Unity Platform (NUP) party won Lubya Parish Youth Council, in Rubaga North.
Reliable source from Lubya NUP camp informed Whisper Eye news that Mr Ssempala Marvin has been elected the chairperson for Lubya Parish.
Mr Ssemapala has been elected together with other eight members all are NUP flag bearers.
Celebrations are going on in Lubya, Kasubi-Munnaku as youths are making processions after their victory.
