Former Kampala Lord Mayor Al haji Nasser Ntege Ssebagala is all smiles after doninng Bobi Wine famous red berret as 2021 general elections gain momentum.
Nasser Ssebagala who was the mayor of Kampala from 2011- 2016 is yet to officially announce his political next move as various media outlets say he wants to stand for the position of Kampala Lord Mayorship.
He quit elective politics after being appointed the presidential advisor.
