Covid-19: 7 health workers test positive for coronavirus rising Uganda’s cases to 417

Seven health workers have also tested positive for covid-19 pandemic. Whisper Eye Reports.

Uganda health workers who work in health care for covid-19 patients are now among 417 covid-19 patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 in Uganda.

The Ministry of Health released new information on Sunday evening  showing the number of positive cases has risen to 417.

Two positive cases from Lira hospital was listed. There are no details about where the other doctors neighborhoods.

In a statement by the ministry of health it indicates all are admitted to Entebbe Grade B and Mulago National Specialised Hospitals .

The positive ones include 3 nurses ,2 doctors and 2 senior level staff.

For privacy reasons, officials would not say out there names yet .

The sick develop mild symptoms of the virus and require self-isolation.
