The criminal cases involving Jinja RDC Eric Sakwa takes a new twist as crucial witness is reportedly dead.
Jinja Magistrate Grade 1 judge Elias Kakooza has also today adjourned the hearing of the case of embattled Jinja RDC, Erick Joseph Sakwa and two others, over attempted murder and robbery to 07th October 2020.
This followed the absence of the State Attorney Gladys Nyanzi as she is on other duties.
Mr Lubogo Daniel, a legal representative of the late Isanga’s family, said that unfortunately one of the witnesses and at the same time the Late Isanga’s father died last night!
President Museveni took up and asked Eric Sakwa to step down as RDC until investigations are done.
