Faiz Cafe Bistro Restaurant in Kyaliwajjala locally known as ‘Lusaniya’ director Faiz Muyiga Kisiki vows to defeat NRM incumbent MP Ssekabiito Joseph Kitayimbwa in Mawogola South MP race.
Mr Muyiga attracts residents of Mawogola and before Covid-19 lock down in March, 2020, he could hold rallies and organise football tournaments which made him more popular.
As we talk now, just after two days when the National Unity Platform (NUP) party president Hon Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu launched party cards, youthful business man has secured his membership card already.
According to what is prevailing now, Mr Muyiga takes the lead in the battle to win NUP card for the Mawogola South parliamentary seat.
Muyiga accuses MP Ssekabiito for failing to raise the voice of Mawogola in the Parliament.
Ssembabule district Woman MP Hon Hanifah Kawooya has also joined the race.
Ms Hanifah Kawooya has been on the front line in the politics of Sswmbabule for the last 25 years.
Incumbent Ssekabiito declared recently that he is ready to defend his seat, and promote National Resistance Movement (NRM) party.
