Museveni names former NRM Electoral Commissioner Kisaka Dorothy KCCA ED. Whisper Eye Reports.

Uganda president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has appointed former commissioner at the National Resistance Movement (NRM) Electoral Commission the new Executive Director at Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA).

Ms Dorothy is a Senior Presidential Advisor, at the Office of the prime minister, tasked with coordinating with political and non political actors to implement public policy.

She is deputy head at the prime minister’s delivery unit, fast tracking service delivery on government priorities.

She has a 20years experience in legal practice, legal counsel to governance boards, and experienced in organisational strategic leadership.

She currently serves as Board Chairman for Development Associates International, and represents Africa on the Haggai International Board.

Ms Dorothy is a dynamic communicator, and a strong advocate for the placement of abandoned children in families.

Recently president Museveni trusted her with Covid-19 funds by appointing her on the Fund Committee, as the administrator and Secretary of the fund
