KCCA to introduce shirt spy cameras attached on uniforms of its law enforcers to cub violent arrests

The Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority – KCCA Mrs Dorothy Kisaka has today said that the city governing body is to introduce shirt spy cameras that will be attached on every law enforcer’s uniform to monitor his or her actions while on duty. #WhisperEyeNews

The new plan was discussed after numerous city vendors complained about the inhuman violent actions of the law enforcers who use alot of force and brutal means to arrest those they find breaking the KCCA laws governing the city.

On so many occasions, law enforcers have been captured on camera poorly mandhandling victims as well as eganging in physical fights with the alleged law breakers.

According to the Lord Mayor of Kampala Salongo Erias Lukwago, the new trend will be accompanied by a new KCCA law that will be governing the law enforcers with mandatory training of not less than 6 months being among the highlighted sections.

Lukwago says the misbehaviors from some of the law enforcers is attributed to the lack of enough training and orientation that they are supposed to go through with some being told to start work immediately after being given the jobs.
