“Half of Museveni’s cabinet is useless.” Ssemujju Nganda

Kira Municipality MP Hon Ssemujju Nganda is one of the opposition members of Parliament who seconded the censure of Minister Hon Persis Namuganza on Monday.

Ssemujju while speaking to the press after the censure of Namuganza said that her misconduct has been historical and thus her censure had even delayed because she is not worth being a minister.
Ssemujju said that even if he is called out of sleep to censure any Museveni Minister even without any single reason he would do so because almost half of the cabinet is full of useless people who are just wasting the tax payers money.

Ssemujju added that the size of cabinet is too big with Uganda requiring not more than 20 Ministers.
