FDC Birigwa to give every Ugandan 25 dollars monthly if elected president

Presidential race: FDC presidential candidate Birigwa promises ugx 100,000/= monthly pay to every Ugandan against poverty eradication , expose president Museveni

Opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party chairman Ambassador Wasswa Birigwa promises ugx 100,000/= monthly payment to every Ugandan as a state to eradicate poverty if elected as Uganda’s president in the forthcoming general elections.

Ambassador Birigwa is contesting with FDC party president Patrick Oboi Amuriat for presidential flag bearer in the party primaries.

Intelligent Ambassador Birigwa manifesto has been looked as the most effective and promising presidential manifesto ever since Democratic Party (DP) Dr Paul Kawanga Ssemwogerere’s 1996 presidential manifesto.

He has exposed president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni that he has failed to come up with effective solutions to absolute poverty in the country.

“When I become president just in the first 100 days I will pass a legislation in Parliament which I will bring as president to make sure that every Ugandan is paid 100,000/=shillings per month as a start up capital,” says Ambassador Birigwa.

Mr Birigwa former Ambassador to Japan vowed to fight Corruption in his government as a way to promoting effectiveness of government programs.

He has become a very popular presidential candidate just within a fee weeks ago ever since he decided to contest for presidency when Dr Kiiza Besigye announced his exist.
