Covid-19 cases now 101 as Uganda as scare increases for yet again Truck Drivers. Whisper Eye Reports
Since president Museveni put atotal lockdown on the country to stop the spread of Covid-19 now cases hit 101 mark.
Today 7th May, 2020, one new Covid-19 case has been confirmed.
‘The one new COVID-19 case confirmed from 3,091 samples of truck drivers,’ says Health Minister Jane Ruth Aceng.
These one new case a 32 year old arrived from Tanzania via Mutukula border.
According to the daily MoH report, all 718 community samples tested negative for COVID-19.
Now total COVID-19 confirmed cases are 101 across the country.
Malaba, Busia and Mutukula border points turns to be the most risky areas as far as Covid-19 is concerned.
On Monday earlier this week, president Museveni during the National address open some business with cautious on how they are to operate.
