‘I have talked to my immediate boss Mr Male Busuulwa and promised me that CBS is to come up with the document on Baliruno’s issues, and solutions as they may see what to do,’ says Lumansi.

“I have no capacity to question our bosses over his issues. I can only call him and we discuss on our challenges as workers.

My friends I have no capacity over administrative issues, I can only help him with a little I have.” Omulangira Lumansi said.

Now the issue of Mr Baliruno’s unfairness has become more serious as many people are getting concerned day after day.
