The leadership of Zombo District Boda Boda Association has condemned with strongest terms an incident in which a motorcycle belonging to A Parish Priest was stolen during a church service over the weekend.
The Bajaj Boxer Motorcycle belonging to Rev father Peter Claver Kumakech of Paidha Catholic Parish in Zombo District was stolen on Sunday afternoon.
It’s reported that the Motorcycle was packed infront of the Church as the newly Ordained priest was presiding over Youth Mass at Christ the king church in Alengukuma Cell, Central Ward Paidha Town Council.

Eyewitnesses told this Publication that people realized the motorcycle was missing after the end of the mass.
The Chairperson Zombo District Boda Boda Association Fred Onenarach has condemned the incident further expressing that ” we have received with shock the information regarding theft of motorcycle of our Rev father at church service on Sunday afternoon”
He added that ” I call upon all our boda boda riders, spare part dealers to be careful whilst buying such a property”.

Haruna Anegu, The LC1 Chairperson of Alengukuma Cell Central Ward, where the incident happened said ” we regret the incident and called upon our idle youths to desist from the act “.
The case has been registered at Paidha Central Police Station for further investigation.
Recently, unknown thugs hit and injured a boda boda rider in the same Cell though he escaped with minor injury.
