Speaker of Parliament of Uganda Hon Anita Among has this afternoon met a delegation from the Pan African Parliament led by the Clerk Mr Gali Massa Harou at her residence in Kampala. #WhisperEyeNews
She urged the members who subscribe to the organisation, to use the platform to further the unity of Africa.
“As a continent, we shouldn’t live in isolation, yet we can all unite and devise ways of causing social-economic transformation,” she
Hon Among added that the dream of a united Africa should be accompanied by determination from leaders to drive an agenda that enhances pan-Africanism.
Among also reaffirmed Parliament of Uganda’s readiness to host the PAP in October.
