Mr Wine said like other areas the people of Mbale are fed up with President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni.

While addressing his supporters Mr Kyagulanyi faulted President Museveni for working for the whites referring him as an agent of neocolonialism and a puppet.

“Museveni is a puppet for the whites, and he fears the international community so much. He is an agent of neocolonialism, says Mr Wine.

On why he is holding uninterrupted rallies, former presidential candidate Hon Kyagulanyi said that President Museveni fears the International Criminal Court of Justice at Hague.

“You may ask why you’re not seeing police brutality at our rally today. We took Museveni and his son Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba to the International Criminal Court (ICC) of Justice. I took videos and pictures of his regime’s brutality to the donors. I requested you to take pictures and videos of any violation of human rights to work as evidence at ICC court, and very soon they will be charged,” he explained.

Kyagulanyi asked residents of Mbale to join him and oust President Museveni from power as soon as possible, “We must oust Museveni, if we don’t, he will soon takeover direct control of coffee as he took over all Gold mines because they’re owned by Museveni’s family”.

Mr Wine is touring the country to open up his NUP party offices as well as make a wake-up on party structures.

He is accompanied by party leaders at all levels.

The Museveni-led government is yet to officially respond on how to counter poltically active former Kyadondo East MP.
