Mulyanyama says Lukwago should not be treated as untouchable by ring-fencing the position for him because every Ugandan has a right to contest for any position he or she wants.
“City hall wasn’t built for Lukwago. I already told the people of Makindye that this is my last term and I will go for the Lord’s Mayorship in 2026.” He said
A highly classified source has told this media that this is part of the mega plan by some insiders at National Unity Platform to have their member head city hall.
