Kawempe North MP aspirant Hon Muhammad Ssergirinya has survived arrest by combined security detail led by police.
According to Ssegirinya commonly known as Mr. Updates tweet at 3:00 am, police heavily deployed at hotel global were he had spent a night,
He took to his handle to narrate how police went on a rampage to check every hotel room for his arrest.
Ssegirinya accuses his political opponents of being behind threats to arrest him to deny him a chance to vote himself.
Police have so far arrested close to 120 supporters and agents of National Unity Platform presidential candidate Hon Robert Kayguanyi among which are being held at Masaka prison.
